FAMILY COMMUNION
This rite is used when the consecrated elements are brought from an earlier celebration of Holy Communion.

Leader: THE FAITH OF THOMAS
Heavenly Father:
You loved Thomas and had a very special mission for him.
You made his FAITH in Jesus Christ very strong.
Thomas became a powerful leader and shared the Easter Story to everyone in India.
Please help us to learn the Easter Story in our hearts to share with everyone we meet.
Please help us to be strong like Thomas in our faith.
Please help us to share your love and Easter Story with others by how we live our lives every day!

GOSPEL LESSON: John 20:19-36
1. Jesus Appears to His Disciples AFTER HIS DEATH ON THE CROSS.
3. Thomas wanted to BELIEVE ……He just wanted to see for himself.
4. Jesus appeared to Thomas: HE BELIEVED : MY LORD and MY GOD
5. Thomas: Doubt……………………POWERFUL LEADER
6. If you believe as Thomas did, Jesus promises you a wonderful life in His Kingdom now and forever.
7. The Purpose of the BIBLE
30 The disciples saw Jesus do many other miraculous signs in addition to the ones recorded in this book. 31 But these are written so that you may continue to believe[c] that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing in him you will have life by the power of his name. (John 20:31-32)

Leader: Let us humbly confess our sins to Almighty God:
O GOD, We are VERY SORRY that we have sinned against you and for all the wrongs we have done and the good we have not done.
