Our North County Outreach Initiative (NCOI) Families are fully participating in  our FAMILY ELL Outreach at Maryland Elementary.

 

Our NCOI families are providing the love, care,  and support for children and parents  learning English together as a family on Tuesday afternoons for 10 weeks.

 

We are blessed to have such a diverse and dynamic TEAM serving our community:  School leaders, Faith Community volunteers, NCOI leaders and FAMILIES, and California Statue University, San Marcos (CSUSM) mentors
