North County Outreach Initiative
We are a dedicated team of community volunteers passionate about empowering children, families, and individuals to reach their God-given potential.
Through healthy leadership development, community building, and over 20 years of research-backed experience, we nurture promising leaders of all ages — especially those facing physical, academic, social emotional, or spiritual challenges.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we rely on the support of sponsors and donors to provide leadership training, family retreats, and vital resources that help our community flourish.

FAMILY GROUPS
We support and equip Family Group Leaders who partner with families committed to making faith formation and catechesis a central part of daily life. Through this partnership, families are empowered to confidently guide their faith formation — helping each member discover their purpose in knowing, loving, and serving God and all others.
Adapted Family Faith Formation / Catechesis: We support families who need an adapted approach to faith formation and sacramental preparation.
EMPOWERING LEADERSHIP
We identify and nurture potential leaders of character and competence in the local community to share God’s transforming love with others.
