CONFIRMANDS: BE RESTED and PREPARED
Be sure to have a nourishing meal BEFORE you come
Bring a jacket or blanket to stay warm
Bring RECEIVING JESUS (Yellow Mass Guide) and RENEWED by JESUS (Purple Guide to Reconciliation) to read, reflect and pray as you sit and wait.
CONFIRMANDS: Whisper prayers like this throughout the day:
HOLY SPIRIT:
Please strengthen me with your gifts of:
Wisdom and Understanding,
Right Judgment and Courage,
Knowledge, Reverence, and Wonder and Awe in God’s Presence,
that I may serve as a disciple of Christ.
Grant that I may grow into ALL that you created me to be.
Fill me with the joy of your presence.
Increase in me the fruit of your Spirit.
Help me to experience and trust your dwelling within, so that I can count on your guidance today and every day.
Show all of us the way to help one another, become better disciples of Jesus Christ, sharing your love with our world and with each person we meet.
